ABOUT
I'm a hands-on engineer with over two decades of experience building infrastructure that scales and software that solves real problems. I started in the network trenches at one of the world's largest telecommunications companies and grew through every layer of the stack — from routing protocols and voice platforms up through cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and full-stack applications.
Most recently at a leading language services provider, I bridged the gap between Dev and Ops: rolling out Terraform-based IaC, hardening GitLab pipelines, wrangling AWS cost, and shipping an internal app that eliminated 6,000+ helpdesk tickets in its first year.
Outside the day job I build side projects — some educational, some tools I actually needed, some just fun experiments. I believe in learning by shipping, and I geek out on automation, geography trivia, and finding the simplest path to a working solution.
